The last photo is actually a photo. I am not a strong advocate of over-the-top photo editing as I prefer my photos as close to their natural state as possible. That said, it is Halloween and I thought I might experiment a bit. The above photo was the end result.

Finally, as I got off the bus today, breezing past Tully’s, a rather unusual spider caused me to stop in my tracks.
